Dr. István Fedák, member of the Managing Board, CEO
Dr. István Fedák earned his MBA in foreign economics from the Budapest University of Economics in 1998, and his law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2002. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
He started his career at Creditanstalt Rt as a risk manager, then worked as a business development manager and then as a risk management manager at Magyar Factor Rt. After graduating in law, he worked at the Fedák Law Firm and then at the MFB Development Bank. Between 2008 and 2015, he held various finance and management positions in OT INDUSTRIES Group companies. He was then managing director of Eurobond Kft. for one year. Since 2016, he has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Keszthelyi Holding Zrt., and since 2017 he has been the Managing Director of Agenta-Consulting Kft. Between 2018 and 2019, he was the Managing Director of Insurance Média Kft. He has advanced English and German language proficiency. He is the member of the Hungarian Economic Association.

Dr. Gábor Dakó, member of the Managing Board, Deputy CEO
Dr. Gábor Miklós Dakó earned his degree in 1998 from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Janus Pannonius University, and subsequently broadened his knowledge through broker training and corporate legal specialist training. He holds a legal professional exam qualification.
He began his professional career in 1998 at the State Money and Capital Market Supervision, then worked in a law firm specializing in capital market transactions, and later held positions as legal counsel, deputy head of department, head of department, and director at the State Financial Supervisory Authority/Hungarian National Bank in the areas of capital market, licensing, and market supervision.
Since 2018, he has been a lawyer specializing in the capital market at Kertész and Partners Law Office, and since 2019, he has been the deputy CEO responsible for corporate governance at OPUS GLOBAL Plc. From 2021, he has been the deputy CEO of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. and CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Ltd., and since 2022, a member of the boards of these companies.
He is a co-author of the work titled "Comprehensive Commentary on the Act on Investment Firms" and is associated with numerous capital market-themed papers, as well as participation in teaching and professional committee activities related to the capital market and issuers.

He earned his law degree with Cum Laude honors from the Faculty of Law at ELTE in 2011. After earning his doctorate in law, he also obtained master's degrees in insurance law and tax law. As a professional recognition, in 2016, the professional jury of Wolters Kluwer named him Legal Counsel of the Year, and in 2018, he and his colleagues won the Team of the Year in Finance and Insurance award for Cherrisk's innovative legal solutions. He passed the bar exam in 2015 and has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2018.
Antal Kóka, Managing Director of Strategy and Innovation
He earned his degree in Economics from the College of Dunaújváros in 1998, and subsequently graduated as an economist from the University of West Hungary in 2000. He began his professional career in the auto financing market at Budapest Autófinanszírozási Zrt. as a sales representative, where in addition to sales, he had the opportunity to gain insight into corporate processes. He continued his career as a regional manager at K&H Leasing, where he also held the position of risk management manager. After a brief stint, he led the Eastern Hungary region at Lombard Leasing, where he was responsible for product development in retail auto financing products and importer relations (Ford Credit, BMW Financial Services).
Zoltán Kőrösi, Deputy CEO, Sales Division
Zoltán Körösi is one of Hungary's well-known and respected financial sales professionals. Over his nearly 25-year career, he has worked in banks and insurance companies, and has led broker and multi-agent companies. He joined the Hungarikum Broker Group in February 2016, where he served as the managing director and later as the sales director of Agenta Consulting Ltd. From 2019, he was the managing director of HUNBankbiztosítás Közvetítő Ltd., and since the end of 2021, he has been the deputy CEO responsible for bank sales at CIG Pannónia Insurance. Since January 2023, he has been the deputy CEO of the entire sales network.

János Tima, Chairman of the Supervisory Board
János Tima worked in the financial field from 2005 to 2017 at Provident Zrt., Budapest Bank Zrt. and FHB Kereskedelmi Bank Zrt., where he was director of branch operations and CFO. Between 2013 and 2017 he was the CFO of Mészáros és Mészáros Kft. He is current a member of the Supervisory Board of T-Ingatlanfejlesztő 2016 Kft., Agrosystem Zrt., Magyar Sportmárka Zrt., Veszprém Handball Zrt., RÉZ-HEGY Településfejlesztő Kft., MÁTRA ENERGY Holding Zrt., 4IG Nyrt. and Keszthelyi Holding Zrt., and Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of KONZUM Nyrt. and OPUS Globál Nyrt. At the same time, he is the Managing Director of K-Investment Partner Kft., ECHO Penisola Kft., B+T Management Kft. and Wellnesshotel Építő Kft., and member of the Board of Directors of Wamsler SE and Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. Since April 2018, he has been a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Talentis Consulting Zrt. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ildikó Ginzer, member of the Supervisory Board
She graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Corvinus University of Budapest with a degree in Management, earning a certified economist and a certified economist teacher qualification with honors. She expanded his professional knowledge abroad in France, focusing on strategic management, corporate finance, and business valuation, and later completed the International Executive Program at the SEED School for Education and Executive Development.
She began his professional career in 2004 at Raiffeisen Bank, where she held various managerial positions. In 2016, he successfully applied for the Deputy CEO of Risk Management position at MKB Bank Plc., where she was responsible for managing the Bank's risk management and recovery areas. She directly oversaw the development of the Bank Group's risk strategy, the operation of rating and limit systems, and the management and reduction of the bank's corporate and retail non-performing loan portfolios.
In 2019, she was appointed Deputy CEO of Business at MKB Bank, coordinating all of the bank's business areas (retail, corporate, SME, private banking) and the Money and Capital Markets areas.
She is currently serving as Deputy CEO for Standard Affairs at MBH Bank and where she leads the retail, micro, and small business areas at the holding level.
She is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of German and French.
