The Company as Founder elected dr. József Bayer as the Chairman - and reelected István Papp as member of the Supervisory Board of its Subsidiary, CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. The mandate the abovementioned persons is for a definite period of 3 (that is three) years with the effect from the date of the authorization of the National Bank of Hungary.
