CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857 - hereinafter referred to as Company - herby informs the Esteemed Investors that in the proceedings initiated at the Company’s request, the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) by its Decision No 2022 H-EN-II- 80/2022 dated 05 May 2022, authorised Ildikó Ginzer to become a membership of the Supervisory Board.

The Company also informs the participants of the capital market that on request of its subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc. (headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 046150) (EMABIT) by Decision No H-EN-II-82/2022 dated 05 May 2022, the MNB authorised Ildikó Ginzer to also hold the position of a member of the Supervisory Board of EMABIT.
