EXTRAORDINARY INFORMATION - on the resignation of a senior person

The Managing Board of CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán boulevard 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred as Company) compliance with its obligation set forth in Section 55 (1) of Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and in the relevant provisions of Decree 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) PM hereby informs the Esteemed Investors and other capital market participants that Dr. Péter Bogdánffy, member and chairman of the Company's board of directors, as well as member of CIG Pannónia Első Magyar Általános Biztosító Zrt. (collectively: Companies), informed these governing bodies on November 28, 2025 that he would resign from his position as a member of the board of directors of the aforementioned companies as of November 30, 2025.

The Boards of Directors of the Companies regretfully acknowledged the above decision, but understand the reasons beyond the Companies' control. They would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Péter Bogdánffy for his outstanding contribution to the Companies' recent achievements, with particular regard to his personal added value in certain phases of the conclusion of the so-called Italian cases¹, which was also reflected in our recent results².
