(registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) following the expiration of the moratorium on contract signing, we hereby inform our Esteemed Investors that in the EU open tender procedure announced by the Ministry of National Economy regarding “Child and Youth Accident Insurance 2026,” Groupama Biztosító Zrt., and the Company submitted a winning bid based on their joint proposal, which was deemed the most favorable according to the
evaluation criteria. The total annual premium for the contract is HUF 125,040,084 /year.
