CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby informs its Esteemed Shareholders and the other participants of the capital market that in line with the organisational changes introduced by the newly adopted Rules of Organisation and Operation, and in response to the increased volume of operational responsibilities, it has appointed a new Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Operations with effect from 15 July 2026 in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Company and the effective performance of management responsibilities.
Daniel Kaminski has more than a decade of experience in insurance operations, corporate governance and organizational transformation. His professional focus includes the development of operating models, process optimization, performance management, as well as the implementation of digital and innovation initiatives. He started his career at UNIQA Insurance in 2012, where he gained experience in expert and management positions in the fields of operational risk management, process and organizational development, and insurance operations. Subsequently, as Head of Insurance Operations, he was responsible for overseeing policy administration and contract management processes, while actively contributing to the company’s operational excellence, digitalization and strategic transformation programmes. He joined the CIG Pannónia Group in September 2023 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Since 15 July 2026, he has served as Deputy CEO Responsible for Operations of CIG Pannónia Insurance Companies, where he is responsible for the strategic management of operational areas, the continuous improvement of operational efficiency, and the implementation of digital and innovation initiatives. He obtained his degree in Business Economics and Management from J. Selye University and later completed a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership at Budapest Metropolitan University. He has professional working proficiency in English. |
