CIG Life Insurance Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 11, Building “B,” company registration number: 01 10 045857) hereinafter referred to as Company), in compliance with its applicable legal obligations, hereby informs its esteemed shareholders and other members of the public of the provisions set forth in the operative portion of Decision No. H-PJ-III-24/2026 issued by the Hungarian National Bank (1122 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 6.) (MNB) on September 18, 2026, in the operative part of its Decision No. H-PJ-III-24/2026, in which the MNB determined that the Company at 5:39 p.m. on July 31, 2026—which contained the number of voting rights and the amount of share capital—the last day of the previous month was erroneously indicated as the reference date due to an administrative error. Due to this error, the Hungarian National Bank imposed the following measure on our Company:

“The MNB warns the Issuer that in the future it must always comply with its statutory obligation regarding regular disclosure in a timely manner, and, in this context, must publish the number of voting rights attached to its shares by series, indicating the holdings of treasury shares and the amount of share capital, no later than the last day of each calendar month, but no later than the following business day.”

The Company wishes to state that it will introduce additional control mechanisms to reduce administrative errors and avoid the findings set forth in the resolution.
