CIG Life Insurance Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby informs its Esteemed Shareholders and the other participants of the capital market that within the framework of the share buyback program[1] published on June 3, 2026, in order to provide benefits to the MRP organization and in order to operate the management interest system, MBH Bank Plc., as an investment service provider, purchased 2318 own shares on the stock exchange on September 28, 2026 at an average price of HUF 307,57.

As a result of the transaction, the Company's own shares increased from 95,616 to 97,934 shares, which is 0,1037 % of the total number of the issued shares.
