CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1; company registration number: Cg.01-10-045857, hereinafter: “the Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the capital market participants that the annual general meeting scheluded for 17 April 2020 will be cancelled, since there is a legal obstacle under (1) Sec. 4 of Governement Resolution nr. III 46/2020.

The Company will reconvene its general meeting after the end of the current emergency.
