CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc hereby announces its shareholders and the capital market participants that Kaptár Befektetési Zrt., shareholder of the Company announced that it had acquired 1,300,000 CIGPANNONIA shares directly owned by GridLogic Kft. who is under its influence. The number of shares directly owned by Kaptár Zrt. has changed to 5,050,000, with which its direct voting right in the Company exceeds 5%.
