Building B., company registration nr: 01 10  045857); hereinafter the"Company" hereby informs  its Esteemed Shareholders that in accordance with the provisions introduced during the emergency regarding the operation of the personal and property pooling organizations, pursuant to 502/2020. (XI. 16.) Government decree 9. § (2) paragraph, the date of publication of the Invitation to the Annual General Meeting[1] according to the Company Calendar of Events is changed from March 19, 2021 to March 26, 2021.

The date of publication of the submissions related to the items on the agenda, the relevant reports of the Supervisory Board and the proposals for resolutions will be 9 April 2021, as authorized by the same legislature.
