The amount of the capital contribution is 31,96 HUF per share.

The Company further on states that GridLogic Informatikai Ltd. is in the major ownership of Kaptár cPlc. which is a legal person associated with dr. Gábor Móricz, the chairman of the Supervisory Board of CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Company cPlc, 100% subsidiary of the Company.

(subsidiary of the Company) with its resolution No. H-EN-I-319/2019 dated 23 May 2019 to operate as a multiple-financial agent in order to conduct financial intermediary activity. The scope of the authorization covers mortgage intermediary activity, too.
