The Client Portal enables our Clients to access information on:
- the current value of unit-linked life insurance policies,
- the current price and yield of funds available for unit-linked insurance policies,
- upcoming and past payments on insurance policies,
- current and past claim issues,
- as well as all the important data of the insurance policies and related parties.
The CIG Client Portal is accessible non-stop, every day of the week.
How to request Portal Access
Clients can request access to the Client Portal by contacting Customer Service over phone, email or in person.
After processing the registration request we send a username and password via mail which is necessary for login.
Future Plans
Along with our constant product development efforts we intend to develop the Client Portal according to the needs of our Clients. Some of the planned new functionalities are:
- fund switch and surrender request registration
- displaying savings values and yields for custom time periods
- quoting new insurance policies
