Password Problem

What to do if I forgot my Client Portal password?

In order to protect the privacy of our Clients the user accounts are being suspended after too many failed login attempts. Clients can ask for a one-time reactivation by contacting our Customer Service. If the user account gets suspended a second time, access to the Client Portal has to be registered again by filling out the registration form.

If your user account has been suspended or you forgot your password, please register a new account!
